I changed things around in our living room... Needed more sunlight with the warmer weather! I will post more later ... maybe, if I have time!

Went to the Library downtown Fort Wayne, got my Library card and had a little adventure inside finding books I wanted. It was the biggest Library I have ever been too! I got lost, a couple times!

 (Update : I went into the Library in NY, now that was the biggest Library I have ever been too!)

About to head out for our vacation! Nova was a little sad she couldn't come with us! But once she hear she was staying with her cousin Zeus her attitude changed and was pretty excited :)

Week 7# 2015

Friday I didn't take any personal pictures (Boo for me, I know) sometimes when I already have my camera out for a couple hours for work the last thing I want to do is get it out again later on! So here is a peek at my session that day...

This was my week at the Thornton's and I can't say enough how sweet these kids are! I have watched them since the twins (Maddux and Avery) were babies! From left to right: Cade, Avery, Ryne and Maddux.

Hockey night is every Wednesday. This week I was asked to take pictures for the black team (Cain's team) so I got a better seat to take pictures!

Week #6 2015

Funny how things just never go as planned, right?! Friday we had to finally get my car fixed.... Well forced too really, seeing how it wasn't moving anytime soon. Happy we had a free tow to use and that the car was fixed the same day!

Cain said he would help with dinner that night. Loving the intense look :)

Valentine's Day was a GREAT one for me. Graci came to visit for a few hours and we played games, did crafts and of course made homemade chocolate to dip bananas in! I haven't bought bananas in quite sometime but when I knew she was coming, I had too! What a joy she brings to our home.

With Cain off work we were able to join Sam at State for wrestling. I love wrestling and enjoy the meets. They are always long but once your wrestler is up, you get so excited and forget that you waited 4 hours to watch him ... .yes that's how long we had to wait for the first match! After that we had to wait a hour for the rest.

It was a long long day but I enjoyed every minute. Watching Cain and Seth coach Sam is so neat. To see his parents being so supportive no matter a win or a loss... They are his biggest fans no doubt about it.

Sam ended the day placing 5th place!

I can't even remember what I did Thursday. All I know is I took these photos and that's it.

Peek into our new bedroom! Part 1

I forgot to share this in my weekly 365 post so I thought I would take this time to give a sneak peek into our unfinished, but getting close to being finished... bedroom :)

The bedroom is the last room in the house that just didn't feel like ours. The color on the wall and lack of pictures through out it bothered me a lot! I knew the kitchen needed done first but I was really going crazy over the bedroom decor.

So after the kitchen was done ... and my new desk for the office, (Pictures coming!) it was time to do something with the bedroom! One wall needed a hole filled in (Not because of us!) so over a weeks time Cain had to mud it and sand it down. Then I painted it. I went very "Plain" you see...  I love clean looking rooms. And the color white is very clean looking, to me.

I wanted the color to come from the pictures and other things.

I knew I wasn't convincing anyone of my plan to go white but that didn't stop me!

There are a few things we still need to finish so I won't share the whole room. But this right here is my favorite part.
