Tomorrow.

As I lay in bed thinking about the day I met Cain and to where we are now... I can't help but have so much joy, love and peace knowing that everything happened for a reason and it brought us here today.

With family all around we were able to share a special dinner the night before our wedding.

We had our last ride us single people ;)

We have always thought Benjamin and special guy and are so happy to have him apart of our day tomorrow!!

Next time I'll be on here I will be a married woman!

Coconut and Wedding excitement

We are 2 days away now!!! It's been a busy week, yet so relaxing! I give huge thanks to Cain and my parents for making this week so smoothly and helping me out with the littlest things.

Yesterday we picked up Hernandez from the air port. He came in from Puerto Rico for the wedding!

Hernandez went to Basic and AIT with Cain. It's nice to know Cain has his battle buddy with him for the Wedding! Just a little side note, Hernandez was with Cain when he picked out my engagement ring! :)

Graci has been the BEST flower girl EVER! What would I do without her?! Today she helped make the "Cake" for our family dinner tomorrow night. It's a vegan masterpiece from This Rawsome Vegan Life ! We had to use fresh coconut meat and this was both our first times opening up a coconut. I love that Graci loves trying new things. She is a great help in the kitchen.

What's next on the list of things to do?? WELL! Now that you've asked I can yelled it to you ...... PICK UP BETSY FROM AIR PORT!

My maid of honor is coming from Florida to be with us. Both Cain and I are so excited for this. She means the worlds to us and we didn't want to get married without her there.

So excited!!!!

Final week before the Grogg Wedding!

Time to play catch up!

I am excited to be Mrs. Grogg and be at my new home relaxing along side my husband and maybe have more time to do things like write on my blog! But right now, the time just isn't on my side for hobbies like blogging!

Yet this morning I found myself having nothing to do! With the help of Cain, my family and his family. There isn't much left to do for the Wedding this Saturday. Little things and last minute things, yes. But my list is so short and if I didn't get it done.... the wedding would go on!

So I thought I would share out countdown from the past week and some other pictures!

We celebrated my mom and I's birthday last week! We made a raw vegan almond butter cake! And it was so good! We haven't stopped talking about it since!

I love my mom! She is my best friend. I honestly am not sure what I would do without her. We have never celebrated our birthday together in the past 23 years but I am not sure why! It was more fun doing it together then apart. So I am pretty sure from here on out we will be doing our birthday parties together!

The girls in the family! I love my sisters and niece.

Last Monday morning we made a trip to the courthouse! We applied for our marriage license!

Since then the yard work has not stopped! Cain has been a huge part of the work getting done around here. I am so happy to have such an willing man to help my dad with getting things done.

My birthday was last Tuesday and I spent it at the Zoo with Cain and Graci.

These two are my favorite.

Today will be our 4 day mark! Just haven't taken a picture yet!

Tomorrow we pick up Cain's battle buddy from the air port!

Thursday I pick up my maid of honor from the air port!

Friday we have our Family Dinner....

And Saturday. Well, Saturday I marry my best friend.

This is going to be an amazing week that we will never forget.

Here is a recap of the past week, picture style :)

P.S MY BIRTHDAY IS TUEDAY!

Military Spouse Day

I just got off the phone with my mother in law... and boy am I excited! Tomorrow she has planned a evening for me! With the help of my sister in law they are going to do I guess a "Bachelorette party" thing? I'm not quite sure to be honest. She was being very hush hush about the whole thing so I am just going to go along the flow! The funny thing is Christine and Toni together is, well a hot mess! They are too much fun and crazy! I love them so much for that though so I'm excited to see what they have in mind for a evening of fun for me! The bride :)

Starting to really feel like a bride now and with these wedding plans coming to an end and now seeing that the day is just around the corner is making both of us really excited. We can not wait to be married!

Yay for countdowns!! Emma got in on the countdown today. 22 days people!

This morning when I walked down stairs my mom said "Do you know what today is?" "huuuuhhhh??? No?" Haha "It's National Military Spouse Appreciation Day!" "They have a day for us?" I said. Cool!

So yes I love being a Military Spouse. It's a easy job loving my man, my soldier. It's not a job loving him. But the task of dealing with the good-byes and time apart shouldn't go without some praise! Luckily so far we haven't had an deployment and I count my blessings to have Cain around as much as I do. But one day it will come and when it does I will be here for him just like any other day. He knows that I support him in WHATEVER he wants to do. Jump out of planes, deploy and saving lives is just a couple of things he will be doing. I am proud of that. And I will always be there for him when he comes home.

My "I work out to keep up with my Soldier" shirt!

So to all the Military Spouses not there, thank you for being there for your men. They need it more then we will ever know. When they have a hard day, have been yelled at or worse... when they call you, they need to hear sweet words of encouragement. Be that encouragement they can only get from you.

started the countdown!

I'm not quite sure how the past two weeks just flew by without me knowing it, but it did.

Wow we are so close to the wedding I can not believe it! Things are busy in our world right now. With the excitement of the wedding and now with Cain being done with School he is about to get a another job that has more hours plus it's what is loves to do! But I will share more about that later!

I have been taking pictures almost everyday the last two weeks and am now playing catch up with the editing part of the job. Which is something I love to do but it calls for late nights, early mornings and still babysitting along with it all! After this next week though I am calling it a wrap for work until AFTER the honeymoon!!!

I wanted to do some kind of countdown for the wedding so we decided on taking a picture with the number of days left to go until the I do's! It has been very fun writing down the number everyday seeing how close we are getting!

It truly is a great time in our lives.

So here is the countdown, so far!!

MORE TO COME!!!
